What do I pay today?

Regular VR sessions: pay online when booking or on arrival.

Private events: 50% deposit to confirm your date, remaining 50% on the event day.

Gift cards: paid online, delivered instantly by email.

What's your cancellation policy?

Regular VR sessions: free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Inside 24h — 50% charge. No-show — full charge.

Private events: 50% deposit required to confirm. Full refund up to 2 weeks before. Free reschedule up to 48h before.

Why does price per person go down with bigger groups?
+
The arena session has fixed operating costs (operator, equipment, room). Bigger groups share that cost, so the per-person price gets lower. At 12+ players you hit the best rate (€20/person for 25 min, €25/person for 50 min).
Can I book now and add more players later?
+
Yes — for regular VR sessions you can usually add players later if the session has capacity. The final price is recalculated based on the actual group size. For private events, group size changes are accepted up to 1 week before.
What's included in the price?

Meta Quest 3 headset + controllers, 6 games to choose from, trained operator with you, photo/video memories pack, free WiFi in the lounge.
Is VAT included?
+
Yes — all prices include 23% IVA (Portuguese VAT).
Are there cheaper days?
+
Weekdays before 18:00 are typically less busy. Schools and summer camps get special weekday rates — contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
Visa, Mastercard, MB Way, Multibanco, cash on arrival. Online prepayment required for private events.
